Psalm 27:14
Faith When The Answer Takes Time
How to keep trusting God when an answer does not come as quickly as you hoped.
Teaching
Waiting can expose what we truly believe. When the answer takes longer than expected, we may wonder whether God has heard us. Scripture teaches us to wait with courage because God remains faithful even when we cannot see what He is doing.
Waiting does not mean doing nothing. We can continue praying, obeying what God has already shown us, and handling today’s responsibilities well. Faith keeps us steady while the outcome is still unsettled.
Put It Into Practice
Think about one request you have carried for some time. Ask God for wisdom about your next faithful step, then take that step without trying to force the result.
Takeaway
Waiting does not mean your faith has stopped working. Keep praying, obeying, and trusting God with the timing.
